Wayne has always been very fast, efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to sorting out our family’s PCs and laptops. So much so, that we get him in to regularly ‘housekeep’ our machines so that we know they are dust free and also the drives are running at their best capacity. He has recently set us up with a network to print and share our family music and films. I believe his charges are very reasonable for the time he spends working. Soon Wayne is going to set us up with a Media Centre so that we can watch films from the PC hard drive in our living room; so doing away with having a DVD player and DVDs taking up shelf space.

Wayne is very efficient and a good time-keeper; he is quiet, kind and a pleasure to have in your home. I’m now the proud owner of a new Dell lap top, ordered and delivered by Wayne. He put all my pictures from the old pc on to this new one.

I called Wayne in the morning to see if he could fix a major virus on my son’s computer. He came round straight away, fixed the problem, and gave some useful information on how to avoid a similar problem happening again. Fantastic, affordable service, thanks. I needed an upgrade on my computer as i was unable to enjoy high quality media and gaming, I purchased the components Wayne had advised me and he put them in my computer. Thanks to Wayne my computer is running at the top and i recommend calling him no matter what your computer needs.

As a younger person I know nothing about Computers. So when my Laptop crashed I wanted to throw it out of the nearest window!! Wayne has now fixed my Laptop. It is working 100% again! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with PC problems. His proffessional advice and help has been 1 st class. He has also saved a lot of windows in my house!……
Wayne is so comitted to his customer service that he lent me one of his spare power boxes just to keep me on the road until he collects me a new one.
The speed with which he works is astounding. He uploaded Anti-Malware into my PC and then cleaned everything out, got rid of a Trojan, gave me lots of invaluable advice and advised me to change my Internet protection to AVG as the installed Norton software had failed to pick up the Trojan.
I took his advise and the end result is a super fast computer with not a single bug or registry infection. He even set up AVG for me to do routine scans without me having to touch it. Very impressed with Waynes comittment and knowledge. Steve Rutland.

Wayne has surpassed customer service, he has just recently built from scratch a home/business pc to run my new internet company with advice far beyond the norm, Wayne is also advising me on website desigin for the new buissnes site.

Wayne built me a new PC from scratch and it’s the best computer I have ever owned. I mainly use the PC for recording TV and using it as a media server to my main television, Wayne set the whole netowrking up and it works like a dream.
